Refund Policy
At Frame Masters Inc., we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products and training content, we uphold the following refund policy:
1. Digital Products & Courses
The refund can be issued within 14 days from the start date of the course.
2. Live Workshops / Events
Refunds for live training sessions or workshops are available
up to 7 days before the event date
, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.
3. Subscription Services
If your purchase includes a subscription, you may cancel at any time. Access remains active through the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in loss of access to all products and services.
